Power Line Supply is seeking a customer service minded individual to join our growing team as a Buyer Analyst .

BUYER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Foster and build partnerships with our internal customers and suppliers to ensures PLS is continually building strategic relationships based on analytical data.
- Proficient with standard purchasing policies and procedures.
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and order acknowledgments.
- Work in conjunction with Accounting to investigate and resolve invoicing and freight charge issues in a timely manner.
- Resolve dock audits that are with your supplier in an expeditious manner.
- Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly reports while taking actions to improve the overall efficiency of the procurement department to support customer service and operations.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate both professionally and positively with Customer Service and Operations in order to develop and / or improve "best in class" process, procedures relative to daily activities.
- Travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, trade shows and other events as assigned by supervisor.
