Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)can provide direct nursing services which include periodic health assessments, teaching, skilled intervention, care coordination, and medication management / medication administration. All of this takes place in the client's home!
Utopia provides a full spectrum of nursing services such as Medical / Surgical, Wound Care, Orthopedic Care, and Behavioral Health.This position requires patience, compassion, and a desire to care for those who need it most,just like family.If providing care for seniors and clients with disabilities comes from your heart, this position is for you!
We are especially looking for:
- LPN who can work a flexible schedule
- Behavioral Health experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a home care setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Salary : $70 - $75
