Job Title: Packer - 3rd Shift

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a skilled Packer to join our team in Algona, WA. As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of our products, working closely with our production team to meet quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate computer labels with correct code date information.
• Assemble cardboard and affix labels on boxes for packaging.
• Inspect bags for proper weight, air, integrity, seal graphics, and code dates.
• Responsible for correct number of acceptable bags per case and proper packaging methods.
• Stack finished product on conveyor or pallet per specifications.
• Reworks product as needed.
• Keeps workstation clean and orderly.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working in a food processing facility preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant pressure of production line environment.
• Must be able to repetitively lift to 12 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
