JOB TITLE:
AM Food Service Attendant - Athletic Training Table
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform a variety of routine tasks required in the operation of a food service facility; clean and maintain a designated area; assist in the preparation of food; and work under direct supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and operate dish or pot washing machines and hand wash items unable to clean in machines as a primary job function; other positions may assist in these areas.
- Clean and maintain dish washing equipment, such as dishwashers, sinks, and drains, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Follow cleaning schedules for equipment maintenance and ensure regular cleaning tasks are completed.
- Empty and maintain trash and recycling bins, disposing of waste properly and efficiently.
- Clean designated food service area(s).
- Assist in general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED

- Cleaning procedures.
- Effective personal hygiene.
- Food Service machinery operation.
