JOB TITLE:
We serve the University of Wyoming faculty, staff, and students
Job location: Located in the Information Technology Center 1710 E. Sorority Row, room 167
Pay rate or range: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
JOB PURPOSE: The WyoOne ID Office provides high quality RFID's and support for those ID's. JFNTMP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functions under direct to general supervision
- Perform standard opening and closing procedures
- Determine ID card eligibility for students, faculty/staff, spouse/dependents and other UW affiliated personnel.
- Create IDs, badges and passport photos.
- Enter data into office-specific software.
- Troubleshoot issues with ID cards.
- Use cash register/credit card machine.
- Approves/denies online photo submissions and prints IDs for the approved photos. Organizes all of these photos.
- Monitor and respond to TD tickets
- Assist with general office duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting customers, record keeping, and organizing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals who come through our office.
- Other duties as assigned
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Enrolled in at least one class at the University of Wyoming
Experience: Customer Service Experience, Point of sale/Cash Handling Experience
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service Experience, Point of sale/Cash Handling Experience
