- Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Inpatient care management and / or utilization management experience. Preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required
- BLS certification. Preferred
