What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Coordinator position at UWM?
- Assisting with the administration of various benefit programs, such as group insurance, medical and dental, accident and disability, and health maintenance programs
- Organizing and taking part in meetings designed to help team members obtain information and understand company benefits and other related wellness programs.
- Recognizing the need to remain flexible and display a strong sense of urgency
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources preferred. Great entry-level opportunity!
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
- Knowledge of general Human Resource and Benefit policies/procedures or the ability & willingness to learn
- Experience in Word, Excel, HRIS and/or other applicable database programs

Effective communication skills, oral & written
- Strong organizational skills
- High School Diploma required
- On site attendance required
