Part Time Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a PT Maintenance Assistance Worker. The person in this role will work with the Maintenance Supervisor performing repairs, general maintenance, and work on various projects around our group homes and business sites. Days and hours can be negotiated but generally this is a daytime role, and hours per week could range from 16 to 32 hours. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:
- Performs general repairs and provides maintenance in our various business sites
- Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues
- Assist with maintains inventory of maintenance supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with general tools desired
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
COMPENSATION:
- $16.00 - $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
