Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
* Designing land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
* Working on teams to complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
* Assisting Project Managers in client and regulatory agency communication.
* Taking the lead on projects delegated by Project Managers.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
* Mentor by reviewing work of junior staff and giving feedback.
* Providing periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction.
Qualifications:
* Must be a degreed Civil Engineer.
* 2-6 years of related experience in Land Development is required.
* AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.
* EIT or PE preferred.
