JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking passionate individuals who are ready to launch their sales careers as Sales Consultants in the Grand Prairie & Dallas, TX areas. You Will:

• Represent the face and voice of V3 Electric, directly contributing to the organization's growth and connecting with potential customers.

• Receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge, tools, resources, and ongoing support from day one.

• Forge new relationships, schedule appointments, and educate others about our revolutionary and customizable products and services.

• Proactively network and pursue sales opportunities by employing a door-to-door approach within the designated region.

• Own ambitious yet achievable individual and team sales targets, driving success for yourself and for those around you every day.

    • You possess a passion for sales and customer service, regardless of whether you are an entry-level or senior-level professional.

    Physical Abilities & Requirements:

    • Must be able to drive without restrictions and have reliable transportation.

    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

    • Must be able to frequently walk or stand for long periods of time.

    • Must be able to travel regionally 90 – 100% of the time.

    • Must be able to work from home/remotely.

    • Must be able to work in varying high to low temperatures in outdoor settings.

    Our Benefits:

    • Highly competitive commission-only structure paid on a weekly basis.

    o Sales Consultants typically earn anywhere from $35,000 to $150,000 in their first year. The earning potential is significantly higher for our top producers & seasoned reps.

    • Flexible work schedule, including weekends as an option.

    • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, paid sick time, as well as monthly reimbursements for phone and mileage expenses.
