Bartender - Broken Arrow - Full & Part Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The Broken Arrow Bartender provides friendly and professional food and beverage service to the guests of Broken Arrow.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with the Manager on Duty for ordering needs, daily specials, special guest requests and daily side work
- Get the dining room ready for service, including vacuuming and dusting, polishing glasses and silverware
- Stock the bar with all needed supplies
- Ensure guest satisfaction, including greeting, efficiently serving & expediting special requests
- Function and promote a team atmosphere
- Provide food and bar service to the guest in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain a hazard free and friendly work environment
- Perform all cleaning duties, and check out with the Manager on Duty at the end of each shift
- Assist in other areas of the operation as needed
- Maintain a clean and poised appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older - required
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- Able to communicate effectively in English - required
- At least 2 years prior bartending experience - preferred
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs - required
- Able to stand for long periods of time - required
- Must have a good attitude, seeking to provide the best guest experience possible
- Positive work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Excellent guest service
- TIPS certification required - will provide with TIPS training within 30 days of hire if necessary
- In-person interview - preferred
