RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Providing a warm welcome to guests entering the Lodge
- Providing courteous assistance with guest luggage to the cabin
- Providing a room orientation and explains operation of equipment in guestrooms such as heater controls
- Being knowledgeable and providing information regarding GTLC, Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding Jackson Hole area
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid US driver’s license
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Bell experience
- Guest service experience
- Hospitality experience
LOCATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- As the only 4-diamond eco-resort in the Park, Jenny Lake Lodge is ideal for those who seek the finest service and lodging, while still enjoying the National Park. Since 1920, Jenny Lake Lodge has welcomed travelers and sent them home inspired. Guests enjoy five-course dinners, horseback rides, and bicycle rentals. At this location, the Bell Person also assists the Front Desk as needed and assist the Dining Room by serving cocktails in the Lobby during dinner service. This position generally works a 32 - 48 hour work week from the end of May through early October.
