RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Cleanliness of Dish Room , Pot Sinks, Machines, Main Kitchen, Garbage Disposal Areas, Walk ins, Coolers, Freezers and Kitchen Equipment, China, Flat Wear and Glassware, and Employee Kitchen Bathrooms
- NPS, Brand Standard and Internal Audits
- Assisting in banquet functions set up, service, execution and breakdown
- Cleanliness of Employee Dining Room
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Multi Outlet resort experience
