Fine Dining Server - The Osprey - Full Time, Summer Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The drama of rock and sky, the sheer grandeur of this place, is one reason. That it is North America's World Cup mountain is another. It is also a place of intimacy. A private resort hidden from view, with the power to bring people together.
The Fine Dining Server is responsible for ensuring that all Osprey and Beaver Creek Resort guests and owners have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible. The Server follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process. He/She exhibits strong menu and beverage/wine knowledge, is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills. Other responsibilities include Lounge services, Room service, and banquets. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- Two years of experience at a property of similar size and quality - required
- Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge - required
- Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence in English - required
- Ability to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests and employees - required
- Be at least 21 years old - required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - required
- Able to work weekends and holidays - required
- Commitment to the end of the season - required
- In person interview - preferred
- Knowledge of computer or hotel system - preferred
