Essential job functions:
- The Head Houseperson is responsible for supervising houseperson staff.
- The Head Houseperson is responsible for minor maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors, guest requests, and the cleanliness of walkways, balconies, and area grounds.
- Clean commons areas including spas, hallways, bathrooms and elevators. Work outside in all types of weather. Season depending but will have to shovel snow, clear ice, landscape etc.
- Primary duties also include grounds landscaping or shoveling snow, chipping ice, and delivering firewood to units.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather (snow, rain, wind, and sun) and have a flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
- Be able to lift 50 pounds, and work outside in inclement weather.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time of up to four hours
- The candidate must be able to do minor maintenance tasks: fixing blinds, cleaning stains in carpets, painting etc.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to climb stairs
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, etc is required. Evenings is an option.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Colorado Driver's License preferred.
- Experience on Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) - Preferred
- Previous Housekeeping experiences a plus
- Painting, landscaping, or trade skills are also a plus!
