The Mountain Dining Lead position is an introductory role into leadership to progress towards supervisory and management positions. The Lead will learn all aspects of cash handling and closing procedures as well as create daily business plans and lead the crew under the supervisor and management's scope. The Lead will also be responsibile for maintaining a clean and neat workplace and dining room area.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete a background check - required
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English - required
- Must enjoy working with children - Kid focused environment - required
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness
- Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year
- Must have previous cash handling experience
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have proven strong leadership skills
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, up to 6 hours
- Must be able to learn and practice all rules and regulations of Safety and Sanitation
- Certified non-slip shoes required to begin work
- End of Season Commitment Required (April 2015) - required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays - required
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and food and beverage industry - preferred
