Outside Guest Service Attendant - Full Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The Outside Guest Service Attendant is responsible for exceeding guests expectations and ensuring a world class ski resort experience while providing top notch guest service. The position requires you to greet each guest, scan each ticket or pass, and verify that each guest has a valid product to access the mountain. He/She must be able to provide an outgoing welcome and assistance to all of our guests at the bus drop off areas, other areas in the village and on the mountain is of the utmost importance. The Guest Services Attendant will monitor and patrol mountain ski runs while providing safety guidance, information and enforce "Your Responsibility Code" and other mountain rules/protocols as directed. You need to be able to ski or snowboard at a level 6 or above and be comfortable on all terrain as this is an on mountain position. This individual will be asked to give information to guests and assist in coco and cookie distribution. This is a 100% outdoor position.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- Must be safety conscious and able to make quick decisions
- Must be at least an intermediate skier and/or snowboarder, will be subject to ski/snowboard evaluation - required
- Must be able to work outdoors in all mountain winter weather conditions - required
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift without sitting - required
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs - required
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English - required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required - required
- Must be able to visually inspect lift passes or tickets and read the scan gun - required
- Advance Skiing/Snowboarding skills - preferred
- Previous experience working a front line or guest facing position - preferred
Schedule: 4-5 days/week, 8 hours/day. Approximately 7:30am - 4:00pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required
