Valiant Residential is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our company. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the department and company’s goals, initiating strategic marketing campaigns, and analyzing throughout the entire life cycle, and fostering strong partnerships with internal team members as well as 3rd party vendors to achieve community occupancy goals.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and ROI by providing support, guidance, and direction in the development and implementation of marketing programs
- Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns to produce optimal outcomes
- Deliver insight on marketing performance and ROI across the organization and structured portfolios
- Own, plan, execute and synthesize bodies of strategy work related to operational marketing support, define adjustments needed to maximize leasing traffic
- Consistently solicits feedback from regional operations team to effectively adjust marketing campaigns
- Work closely with marketing leadership to drive collaboration and foster a shared understanding of, and alignment around the work agenda, process & procedure, findings and implications, and to move the department toward action
- Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative strategy
- Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels
- Set and maintain a high standard of analysis through use and expertise of various reporting platforms
- Develop strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance
Position Requirements
- This position requires a strong background senior-level positions and/or demonstrated superior performance
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; minimum of 3 years in property management marketing experience
- Proven track record of success
- Strong follow through and follow up skills
- Google/Meta Ads Certified
- Google Analytics Certified
- Works independently with little supervision
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for a period of up to 8 hours or more if needed.
- Must be able to walk the property for a period of up to 8 hours (or more) in various weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to climb stairs for purposes of showing properties to prospective tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
