About the Role
Validity is looking for a best-in-class Product Manager with a proven track record as a leader in creating value to customers through technology solutions.
Our Product Managers are a lynchpin in the organization – working with many parts of the business to ensure our products are top-notch and meet customer needs. You will be responsible for product planning and execution of advanced technical solutions throughout the product lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on the company’s data pipeline that serves Validity’s entire product suite.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributing to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and customer interviews and research, and developing and running validity experiments to validate concepts
- Writing cards that articulate work to be done by Engineering in support of solutions and production support
- Driving Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Working closely with our Data Service team to acquire, evaluate and integrate new data sources
- Performing validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.
- Supporting Knowledge, Service and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content
- Representing, articulating and coordinating technical implementations of solutions with internal stakeholders, customers and prospects
- Developing materials and training of technical data workflows, access, and availability to educate and evangelize the use of verification data in Validity’s solutions
- Coordinating with key stakeholders to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the verifications team
- Conducting solution demos to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects
Required Experience/Skills
- 5-7 years of experience executing the process of defining and building products, with specific exposure to data services
- Experience managing an Agile backlog for a technical solution
- Familiarity with technical solutions that process vast data sets, which require scalable infrastructure
- Skillset to access and search datasets and build basic analytical models for discovery purposes
- Familiarity with API Integrations
- Ability to balance customer needs with available engineering capacity
- Effective listener that can get to the root of customer problems / needs
- Confident, clear, and concise oral and written communicator to both technical and executive level audiences
- Highly organized
- Coachability and willing to take and apply feedback when necessary. Open to and eager to learn new concepts and practices.
- Flexibility in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
