Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales leads generated from warm leads and other lead databases.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Maintains and enhances the company's relationships with existing clients by executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
- Take payments, update client information, and issue insurance documentation.
Requirements
- Current/active California Property and Casualty License.
- Prior insurance experience desired
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- Solution-driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills
