Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinates the services of the pool area
- Ensures overall safety of pool patrons and staff
- Ensures implementation of all policies and procedures
- Participates in the selection of part-time staff
- Schedules working hours and supervises pool personnel
- Provides staff training as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
