Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: Valley Custom Door is seeking a talented, highly motivated CSR to join our team! We are looking for an individual who can confidently communicate technical product support.

Hours: Monday--Thursday: 7:00am--4:00pm & Friday: 7:00am--1:00pm
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Gain knowledge of products and manufacturing process
· Determine correct product based off customer’s custom order requests
· Provide technical product information and pricing to customer
· Process orders from quote through to shipping and invoicing
· Communicate with customers via phone and email
· Build and maintain customer relationships
· Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
· Provide solutions by answering and discussing alternate product options
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
· Data entry
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required
· 1-year customer service experience required
· 3 years office experience preferred
· Associates degree preferred
· Experience in cabinet or manufacturing industry preferred
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Strong technical aptitude
· Analytical skills
· Detail orientated
· Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
