Supv Laboratory - Lab-Administration
SUMMARY: This position is Responsible for marshalling and maintaining the resources required to produce high quality results in designated work sections. Provides operational oversight and personnel management directly supervising personnel working in the assigned sections of the laboratory. Serves as a member of the laboratory management team to provide consistent and efficient representation for the work groups.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a College Degree - 4 year or equivalent combination of education and experience. CLS - Clinical Lab Scientist or appropriate limited license preferred. ASCP - American Society for Clinical Pathology Certification or appropriate limited ASCP certification preferred. Minimum three (3) years management or progressively responsible experience required. Minimum one (1) year process improvement experience preferred.
POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period. Exempt position
