Valley Community Services provides specialized Community Living Arrangement (CLA) services for Individuals with Intellectual disabilities.
We are seeking to hire a Program Manager/Program Specialist for a CLA location within our agency in the Harrisville area. This is a full-time position. In the role of Program Manager, you will be supervising the day to day operations of a residential home and the staff. In the role of Program Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating active treatment goals and objectives for those served under your auspices. This position is supervised by the Operations Director for the area.

Qualifications:
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Background checks
- Physical/Mantoux TB required
- Pre-Employment Drug Testing
Education Qualifications:
- (1) A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
OR
- (2) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
OR
- (3) An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
