Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support or lead the design of site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility systems for land development projects.
• Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and planners.
• Assist with regulatory permitting, zoning reviews, and agency submissions.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist in preparing cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and assist in construction-phase services as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and reviewing agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification or PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred—or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or ability to learn quickly).
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively on projects.

• Experience in land development design or related civil/site work.
• Familiarity with stormwater modeling tools (e.g., HydroCAD)
• Exposure to permitting processes and local zoning codes.
