Key Responsibilities:
- Support or lead the design of site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility systems for land development projects.
- Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and planners.
- Assist with regulatory permitting, zoning reviews, and agency submissions.
- Perform engineering calculations and assist in preparing cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits and assist in construction-phase services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and reviewing agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification or PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred—or willingness to obtain.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or ability to learn quickly).
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively on projects.
- Experience in land development design or related civil/site work.
- Familiarity with stormwater modeling tools (e.g., HydroCAD)
- Exposure to permitting processes and local zoning codes.
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
