Job Description
The Coordinator is responsible for the management of the HVC Administration office. Responsibilities include, not limited to: supporting clinical managers and employees, biweekly payroll responsibility for over 100 employees across the H&V departments, assisting with schedule coordination including on-call/call back schedules for physicians and staff, physician contract payment coordination, managing multiple budgets for physician services, coordinating and attending various H&V council meetings.
Education
High School Diploma is required.
Associates degree is preferred.
Experience
Ability to be proactive in preparing for meetings and appointments required.
Strong Organization Skills Required.
Excellent attention to detail required.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Required.
Strong interpersonal skills in interacting with multiple professionals at all levels within the organization as well as those external to the organization.
