Valley Landscaping is seeking individuals to join the Landscape Maintenance division of our Waynesboro branch to support business in and around the city of Charlottesville in the capacity of crew member We are interested in hiring Crew Members for landscaping, mowing, edging, trimming, and more.

Production Responsibilities:
- Practices safety protocols established by the company
- Completes jobs to Valley Landscaping standards within the time frame allotted
- Follows company policies and procedures
- Maintains and conveys a professional and positive image of Valley Landscaping
- Engages in positive interactions with customers
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
- Operates company equipment safely
- Arrives to work on time
- Other tasks assigned as necessary
Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Approved Driving Record preferred
- Experience in green industry or trades field preferred
- Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
