Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team. Prior service technician experience is preferred, along with familiarity using hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing to ensure proper operation and safety standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty components on pool systems.
- Maintain detailed service records of work performed on each client’s pool system.
- Identify potential issues during inspections and communicate necessary repairs or upgrades to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and offering recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently.
- Experience with equipment repair, pool maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment.
