What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operator position at Valley Queen?
This position is responsible to maintain a safe operating environment and preserve product quality while loading finished dairy products as assigned. Assist with all general warehouse and shipping and receiving functions. Assist with all general warehouse duties in a manner that supports the achievement of the company’s vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions
- Understand and practice VQ’s expectations as they relate to Safety, Quality, Service, Value and Teamwork.
- Assist with all warehouse and shipping functions including adhering to the daily shipping and receiving schedules, accurate RF scanning, proper product labeling and general upkeep of warehouse areas and equipment.
- Comply with all company safety rules to achieve no injuries and no lost-time accidents.
- Understand and adhere to all GMPs and food safety policies and procedures and perform all work in a manner that ensures the highest standard of food safety and quality. Attend and/or complete required safety and quality training sessions by the assigned deadlines.

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to temperature variation, chemical transportation, forklift operation and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position.
Salary : $31,900 - $40,300
