As a Registered Nurse in our Spine Center, you will provide outpatient clinic support and phone triage for a fast-paced neurosurgery clinic. Office hours are weekdays only with a great support team!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
- Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
- Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.
Requirements:
- One year of nursing experience required.
- One year of nursing experience in clinic specialty preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS required.
- BSN preferred.
SALARY RANGE
- $31.43 to $46.21/hour (BSN)
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
- Eligible for a $8,000 sign on bonus with a two-year, full-time commitment. (Internal candidates not eligible for sign-on bonus.)
