This position requires a registered nurse to coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, act as a patient advocate, and work as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing individual care plans, implementing care, evaluating outcomes, communicating with physicians and other employees, administering medications and treatments, providing education to patients, and documenting care given.
Preferred qualifications include one year of acute care experience, critical thinking skills, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
