An HIM Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of a Health Information Management department, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and efficient workflows, and is responsible for staff management, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership to meet strategic goals. Work closely with the Director of HIM, coding managers, clinical staff, and other divisions to foster communication and alignment of goals.

Description
An HIM Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of a Health Information Management department, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and efficient workflows, and is responsible for staff management, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership to meet strategic goals. Work closely with the Director of HIM, coding managers, clinical staff, and other divisions to foster communication and alignment of goals.
- ON SITE Position. NOT remote!**
- $76,460.80 to $112,444.80 /hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill-set, and experience.
