Patient Access Professional - Imaging

As the Imaging Patient Access Professional, you will:

• Verifies insurance and benefits for Imaging patients
• Acquires Insurance Authorization for Imaging patients.
• Communicates with Imaging staff, patient's benefits and authorization request status
• Communicates directly with patients in regard to their Imaging benefits. 

SCHEUDLE

• Full-time. 40-hours per week. 

 QUALIFICATIONS

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One to two years of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing required. 
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish).
• Ability to work under variable conditions. 
• Well-organized, dependable and flexible; Strong computer and typing skills.
• Must be a team player.
