Full-time: M-F 8 AM-5PM
Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr. DOE

Previous medical assisting experience required (certification is preferred) and you must be able to pass a background check. Hours may vary but typically are between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional work on weekends (Sat-Sun) and holidays are required.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet patients, obtain their medical history, and record vital signs such as blood pressure and weight.
- Assist with collecting urine and other specimens for analysis.
- Assist our providers during fertility procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and embryo transfers.
- Help prepare patients for scans and assist the providers with patient ultrasounds.
- Provide patients with information about their fertility treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Monitor and restock medical supplies and medications.
- Contact patients to check in on them, schedule appointments, relay test results, and provide follow up care instructions.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient inquiries as needed.
- Adhere to privacy regulations such as HIPPA and clinic protocols to ensure confidentiality and safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of clinic and exam rooms by regularly disinfecting surfaces, replacing linens, and restocking supplies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the clinical supervisor.
- Must have good communication, organization, and patient care skills.
- At least 1 year of medical assistant experience is required.
- Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
