As a Support Partner-Enhanced you will be providing direct support in partnership with individuals with disabilities, on a one to one basis, in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities.

A gentleman who lives in Northeast Philadelphia is hiring a Support Partner - Enhanced to assist him in living an everyday life. He partners best with people who are flexible, patient, self-starters and have a calm/easy going approach to support. Someone who is a good listener, speaks calmly and clearly and is attentive to detail is a must. He is looking for support to participate in his community and to help him with his health goals (eating healthier and exercising). Do you love sports, playing games and music? Awesome, so does he!
SCHEDULE
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9AM-3PM
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and fully registered, insured and inspected vehicle for use during support shifts.
This is a very rewarding position, perfect for someone with an interest in special education, psychology, sociology, social work; and all related fields. Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a mental health diagnosis is a plus but not a requirement.

- 18 years of age or older.
