General Responsibility Statement
Provide support to facilitate the timely execution of all sales marketing functions by assisting in their planning and implementation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The essential job responsibilities consist of the following:
Sales & Marketing Support
a. Send out marketing collateral and literature as requested and manage correspondence with the individual making the requirements.
b. Manage inventory of marketing materials and reordering materials as needed.
c. Manage vendor communications for printing, customization, or any other sales/marketing projects.
d. Print and deliver labels developed in house to the production team, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
e. Organize and prepare labels developed in-house for the production team, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
f. Print, fold, and cut as needed any marketing materials developed in-house.
g. Respond, log, and forward customer inquiries to the sales team in aid of Customer Service department.
h. Compile, format and maintain clean customer contact lists for emails.
Other Duties:
i. This position shall support its manager and shall ensure that all department members are cross trained in the position responsibilities.
j. Willing to receive input and direction from all members of the Executive team.

Education, Reasoning Ability & Experience
High School Diploma
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication and Language Skills

Physical Demands
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Required to sit and use computer, handle paperwork, also to stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to grasp and hold objects, tools and/or controls, likewise reach with arms and hands. The employee is also, at times, exposed to fumes and/or airborne particulates.
