As a Procurement Business Analyst, you’ll turn data into decisions that improve supplier performance, reduce risk, and inform smarter sourcing.
What You’ll Do
- Stand up KPI frameworks and executive‑ready dashboards that make performance visible and actionable.
- Create supplier scorecards that bring consistency to business reviews and shared accountability for results.
- Lead spend and market analysis—connect trends, cost drivers, and predictive insights to category strategies.
- Publish concise commodity briefs that prepare buyers and sourcing managers for negotiations.
- Track contracts and claims, monitor renewal timelines, and surface root‑cause insights to improve processes.
- Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar ~3 years relevant experience; or ~6 years experience without a degree.
- Experience working directly with Procurement teams in a food/ingredients company or general manufacturing company.
- Strength in analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and organization, with the ability to communicate clearly.
- A natural information seeker who thrives in a builder environment and translates complexity into practical recommendations.
- Exposure to food/ingredients or regulated, quality‑intensive settings is a plus.
- Expected Pay Range: $70K-$85K, exempt
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
