You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls, initiating outgoing calls and taking messages.
- Scheduling patient visits and evaluations for multiple locations across our footprint, while adhering to clinical protocols.
- Multitasking between several different technology systems to complete day-to-day work.
- Collecting and entering all necessary demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information from patients or responsible parties.
- Responding to questions and concerns of callers and directs them to appropriate location or department as needed.
- Assembling patient packets and mailing information to patients.
- Providing patient education by explaining preparation and patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.
- Exceeding our patients’ expectations with active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
