We're searching for motivated and detail-oriented folks to join us as Entry-Level Line Workers. In this role, you'll be responsible for packaging cannabis products like edibles, vapes, and flower. No prior cannabis industry experience is needed, but candidates must have or be willing to get a Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge.

Responsibilities
- Packaging: Efficiently and accurately package various cannabis products, following company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control: Check products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Labeling: Apply labels to products with precision, ensuring all required information is correctly displayed.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to keep a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to hit production goals and maintain a positive work vibe.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organized, including routine cleaning of equipment and packaging areas.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Indoor production/processing facility
- MED Badge: Must have or be willing to get a Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge.
- No Prior Experience Required: We welcome candidates without prior cannabis industry experience.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of packaging and labeling processes.
- Familiarity with cannabis products (edibles, vapes, flower) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
