REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on patent litigation matters (including inter partes reviews and licensing negotiations) for top clients. The Silicon Valley intellectual property clients range from publicly-traded household names in the tech industry, top semiconductor companies, famous streaming companies, to high profile Silicon Valley startups.
Qualified candidates should have experience in intellectual property disputes, such as district court patents cases or PTAB proceedings. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
