REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising on the intellectual property aspects of financing, merger and acquisition, joint venture, and other strategic transactions. Substantial experience in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiating license and technology agreements and other commercial contracts, is required. The position will involve counselling clients in connection with intellectual property rights, so a well-rounded foundation in the primary areas of intellectual property rights is essential. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
