REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have experience representing clients in intellectual property transactions with a background in any of the following technologies: mechanical, material science, medical devices, computer science, biotechnology and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning and data analytics, and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Attorney candidates should be California-admitted, from a firm with a comparable intellectual property practice and a top law school with solid grades.
