Bartender Job Requirements:

• Recent, verifiable experience in a similar role required
• Current ServSafe Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service (TIPS) Certification, or must obtain within 2 weeks of hire
• Proficiency in a full range of cocktail recipes and advanced mixology skills
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to read, write, hear, and speak English clearly
• Strong communication and basic technology skills
• Must have reliable transportation (no nearby public transit)
• Must live within a 1-hour commute radius
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long shifts, and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, and reaching
• No allergies to cleaning or sanitizing chemicals
• Must be available to work weekends

Bartender Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests warmly upon entry and throughout their experience
• Prepare cocktails from scratch with accuracy and consistency
• Learn and explain beverages, food, and cocktails in an engaging and appealing manner
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Maintain high standards of guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Perform all standard bar duties, including setup, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during opening and closing

Rate of pay: $16.35
