We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard working maintenance technician for a multi family apartment complex.
The ideal candidate would be a self starting, self motivated, result driven individual.
The day to day responsibilities include the repair and troubleshooting of all household appliances, minor electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry.
HVAC certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
