What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Assistant position at Vantage Management?
Currently looking for a full time temporary LIHTC assistant in the Kingsland, GA area. This is a lease up for a LIHTC property and we are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. Local travel may be required. This position will start immediately.
We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!
This position will be full time and pays $15/hour
- Previous work experience with property management not required.
- Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups.
- Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Computer skills are a must. Use of google docs, Teams meetings & chat, and Outlook are required.
- Ability to work with community members and organizations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
