Seeking a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 8:30 am 5:30 pm) for our Dallas, Texas Office.
Job responsibilities include reception front desk, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups, maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages US Government Client/FEDEX, arrange messenger services. Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
