¡Hola amigos! We're looking for a Field Technician to join our Managed IT Services team in El Paso, Texas. If you're a tech-savvy dude or dudette and you're passionate about fixing tech problems, then we want to hear from you!
Here's what you'll be doing:
Responding to remote and on-site service requests with a smile and a can-do attitude
Diagnosing and solving tech issues like a boss (hardware, software, networking, you name it)
Installing and maintaining equipment and systems
Helping out our customers with their tech needs and showing them how it's done
Keeping track of your service requests and solutions in a ticketing system
Making sure our customers are happy and satisfied
What we're looking for:
At least five years of IT experience
Experience working at an MSP is a plus
A deep understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work solo or as part of a team
A valid driver's license and a reliable ride
