Varco Home Health is currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting. - Flexible Schedule: PRN/Contract (1099), work when it suits you
- Patient-Focused Care: Help home-bound patients regain function and independence post-injury or illness
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team
- Competitive Pay:
- PTs: $55/visit; $70–$75 for Evals/Re-Evals
- PTAs: Flat rate of $50/visit
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions as outlined in patient care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies, home safety, and healthy habits
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Travel to patients’ homes
Requirements:
- PTs: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Texas State License, valid Texas Driver’s License
- PTAs: Texas State License, valid Texas Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
