Job Duties: Perform the classroom duties of an absent teacher, including the following: 

• Perform all classroom duties including the following:
• Prepare & execute course of study
• Manage the classroom so that curriculum guidelines/requirements are fulfilled
• Lecture, demonstrate, and use appropriate teaching aids to present subject matter to the students
• Prepare, administer &/or correct assignments & tests
• Record grades, attendance, academic achievement
• Assist as directed by the building administration (Including clerical, cafeteria, bus duties.)

Minimum Requirement

• • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university
  • Must have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

  • Must pass the pre-employment background investigation.
  • Must commit to working towards completing a teaching certification including Pathway Meetings | Mentorship | Check-Ins
  • Experience working with youth
