Location: West Hollywood, CA 90069 (Hybrid: Office Field)

Compensation: $3,000/mo base $500 per closed file

Total Earning Potential: $100,000 (uncapped bonuses)

The Role

Are you a systems-obsessed executor who loves turning "big ideas" into organized reality? We are looking for an Operations & Listing Manager to be the engine behind a high-volume Real Estate agent in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems & SOPs: Build, document, and automate processes for all listings and buyer transactions.
• Transaction Coordination: Act as the TC for all team files (Buyer and Seller). Ensure compliance and hit every deadline.
• Listing Management: Coordinate vendors (stagers, photographers, cleaners) and manage the launch of every property.
• KPI Tracking: Create and monitor performance metrics for the team to ensure we hit our 2026 growth goals.
• Field Support: Handle on-site needs like inspections, appraisals, and showings as needed. (Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license is a must).
• Client Experience: Serve as the proactive point of contact for clients, lenders, and escrow. Must have excellent customer service focus.

What You Bring to the Table

• Real Estate Experience: You understand the lifecycle of a residential transaction. A Real Estate License is preferred but not a must (and will eventually be required for this growth path).
• Systems Thinking: You don’t just follow a process; you build a better one.
• Tech Mastery: Comfortable with CRMs, automation, and digital marketing tools.
• Reliability: You are based in or near West Hollywood and have a valid driver’s license/vehicle, and be willing to travel across Southern California to different showings or appointments.
